Considering tomorrow's sawing department together
Among other things, Promatt is bringing a Behringer HBE312 to Metavak.

Thinking together about tomorrow's sawing department

If you can only say one thing about Promatt, perhaps it is how close the company is to its customers. And has been for more than 20 years. The company is simply bringing all that experience to the Metavak fair (booth D110) from October 1 to 3 to think and talk with customers about their sawing department of tomorrow. With machines from Behringer and Eisele at the heart of their portfolio, but also with lots of complementary brands and technology to get the front end of the process of machining steel and aluminum all the way to the top. Reason enough to stop by.

Promatt likes to show off to customers. Director Sabine Toebes: "Because we believe in the added value our machines bring. They help reduce the cost per unit for our customers by how sophisticated they are. And you can tell that to customers, but you can show it to them much better." Anyone thinking Promatt can almost smell the Behringer and Eisele sawing machines already. So you can bet that there will be a nice Behringer and Eisele shining in Gorinchem. This time they are bringing an HBE321 and an Eisele VMS. A FOM Panda miter saw will also be on display. "A pragmatic choice, because we don't have a very large booth," laughs Toebes. "But they are machines that appeal to a wide audience and show our strength in breadth. We show that we have excellent sawing solutions, both for steel and aluminum. And with some great promotions and offers, a visit to our booth is definitely worthwhile."

Promatt shows that it has excellent sawing solutions for both steel and aluminum.

New control makes child's play of sawing

An additional reason to stop by: the new AFC Pro control system that can be seen in several demos. Thanks to this dynamic, intuitive concept, performance goes up by an average 50%. "Finding technically skilled people is difficult everywhere, including the sawing department. The control therefore takes the operator by the hand. He only has to enter the parameters of the product in question, the control does the rest to arrive at the ideal values for the cut. You almost don't need any knowledge of business or saws anymore," explains Toebes. In addition, the control shows you how well your machine is performing. What material was on the machine? How much cutting time was needed? Were there any alarms? "The idea is to help operators arrive at the optimal cutting times and thus ensure longer machine life, without knowledge of the technology."

A FOM Panda miter saw will also be on display.

Technology first, in advice and service

Because that's what Promatt is all about: supporting customers as best as possible to improve their sawing department. "Technology is at the forefront of everything we do. By choosing quality machines in the range. But you also need a strong team behind your machines. Experienced advisors to guide customers to the right technology for their application. And driven mechanics who know the machines through and through and make sure they can keep running in top condition. For us, Metavak is therefore an excellent time to establish relationships with customers and hopefully get to know a number of new metal processors," Toebes concludes with a wink.
