Q-Fin wins EuroBLECH Award for F250 finishing machine

Q-Fin, leading specialist in finishing machines, has been awarded the EuroBLECH Award in the surface technology category. This award highlights the innovative strength of Q-Fin and in particular the F250 finishing machine, which translates the advanced technology of Q-Fin's larger machines into a compact size, perfect for efficient and accurate deburring, rounding and finishing of small flat metal parts.

The F250, as successor to the well-known F200, not only brings familiar reliability, but also offers significant improvements in efficiency and ease of use. Designed for optimum performance, the machine allows users to process parts up to five times faster compared to alternative solutions on the market. Thanks to an innovative vacuum system, even very small parts, as small as 20 x 20 mm, remain firmly in place. In addition, a built-in magnet system ensures safe machining of parts as small as 10 x 10 mm.

In addition to speed and stability, the F250 also offers versatility. With a belt width of 250 mm and a maximum product height of 100 mm, the machine combines compact design with extensive functionality. The updated design with fixed table height and movable inner frame promotes stability and facilitates integration into automation solutions. Each station of the machine is programmable and can be fully software controlled, giving users full control over each machining station.

The machine also features the Qonnect+ system, which enables seamless integration with ERP systems for detailed process monitoring. Thanks to electronic brush compensation and automatic height adjustment on the grinding unit, machine life remains optimal by not brushing into the belt, and unwanted scratches on the workpiece are prevented. The modern 10-inch touch screen, designed with a user-friendly HMI layout, makes operation intuitive and easy.

This year's EuroBLECH Awards were divided among several categories, including joining technology, separation technology, and durability. Q-Fin's F250 was chosen as the winner in the surface technology category from more than 70 entries. The award was given after a public vote, in which the technological innovations and advantages of the F250 were clearly recognized.
