New date for 4Innovatorsdays 2021

After a particularly successful first edition, the four organizing companies are launching a new date for the 2021 4Innovatorsdays. It will be held on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Nov. 17, 18 and 19. This year's 4Innovatorsdays will be held at a new location at Alblasserdam-based Valk Welding. In the industrial environment of this innovative company, the four regular partners, Q-Fin, LVD, Kumatech and Valk Welding welcome you and show their machines and innovations here. 

What will it say? 

To offer you, the visitor, even more innovation this edition, this year the four organizers have asked a number of companies to hook up and give their views on the innovations that can be made in the manufacturing industry. These participating guest partners are: MCB, Elfsquad, Togetr, Spartners and Lemtech. With this group of participants, the 4Innovators want to map the total process chain of companies in the manufacturing industry. For each company the bottlenecks in the process chain lie somewhere else and at the 4Innovatorsdays a partner is present for each bottleneck to offer a solution.  

Valk Welding

Valk Welding will of course also present a new innovation this year. This concerns a new software package called ARP. ARP stands for 'Automatic Robot Programming' and is a software program in which the robot program is automatically generated based on the 3D file of the product. Valk Welding has elaborated this principle in an installation specifically for the steel construction market. This installation is called the 'Beam-Welder' and can be seen working during the 4Innovatorsdays. In addition, Valk will present a new line of Mig torches and all innovations around the Techman Cobots will be on display.

Kumatech

Kumatech is the party of choice when it comes to solving internal logistics issues. The floor-based navigating Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) is a powerful piece of innovation. The layout in the production hall of a manufacturing company is constantly changing. Every production process is constantly undergoing optimizations, with the result that automated guided transport vehicles have to keep up with this flexibility. Kumatech responds to this very well. But it doesn't stop there: Kumatech sells, engineers and produces a total solution for SMEs and larger manufacturing companies for internal logistics processes, from storage to transport.

LVD

At Blechexpo in Stuttgart, LVD is introducing the latest Cadman SUITE version 8.8. LVD will demonstrate this version at the 4innovatorsDay as a Dutch first. The calculation speed is extremely high, in addition there are now multiple solutions for the same products where Cadman SDI is more and more integrated into Cadman B.

Q-Fin

Q-Fin has never, and not even in recent months, been idle. They have again managed to introduce some nice innovations. One of these is the highly productive double-sided deburring and rounding of sheet metal using the Q2S deburring line. This is a system consisting of two deburring and finishing machines with a plate turning station between them. They have also developed a new machine, the DS600/DS1200 for the removal of plasma or autogenous slag and the F1200XL. The F1200 XL is a 1200 mm wide machine with 4 machining stations that is fully programmable.  

MCB

MCB is the metal wholesaler that understands your business. Characterized by a broad and deep assortment in steel, stainless steel, aluminum and non-ferrous. During these days MCB will gladly take you through several innovations in the field of digitalization, logistics and sustainability, allowing us to cooperate more successfully in the chain. Elfsquad – Project and system configurations

Although product configuration is now fairly well known, it is no longer sufficient for many machine builders. They do not make standalone products, but machines that are always integrated into production lines with multiple machines. To be able to sell, engineer and produce this effortlessly, Elfsquad has made project and system configurations possible. With these, the most complex production lines can be put together, directly displayed visually in 3D in order to convince the customer and direct them towards production. At the 4Innovatorsdays Elfsquad will show beautiful sneak peeks of this.

Lemtech

Lemtech Air and Environmental Engineering offers customized solutions for nuisance and/or health hazardous substances, fumes and odors. Lemtech is a specialist in the field of welding fume solutions. Lemtech will present three innovations during the 4InnovatorsDays.

Togetr

Togetr offers a modular cloud-native ERP system for manufacturing companies. This redesigned solution offers an innovative solution for Assemble-to-Order and Engineer-to-Order companies! A product configurator, a smart Planning solution combined with CRM, warehousing, service and maintenance and production execution. Complete, smart and task-driven. Keywords in the Togetr technology innovation are: mass customization, model driven software development, dynamic workflows, integration AI and Big Data.
