This proactive step is an important building block towards even better customer service and will be a further differentiator for the world's leading sheet metal working machine manufacturer.
Starting in April 2024, AMADA Service Europe will build on the company's years of experience with innovative technology, a comprehensive range of machinery and, above all, industry-leading service. The creation of the new division will enable AMADA to offer a consistently high level of service in every market in Europe.
The company's headquarters is located in the AMADA France buildings in Paris. However, it is very important to note that AMADA will in no way change the highly efficient service that customers already receive daily from their local service teams. The creation of AMADA Service Europe ensures a standardized service throughout Europe, regardless of location.
"We want to offer the same first-class service quality wherever the customer is in Europe, including developing countries," said Christophe Sangnier, President of AMADA Service Europe. "The new company has set itself a number of important goals, including the further qualification of service technicians in Europe.
In addition, AMADA Service Europe will strive to increase digitalization by offering high-quality and customized industrial IoT services in all markets and territories, while another key objective is to promote best practice services across Europe for the benefit of end customers.
