At the Metavak booth C106 of Lubsolutions Benelux and Fuchs Lubricants, today's most innovative and universal metalworking fluids will take center stage. A leading role is reserved for Ecocool Global 1000, which fluid is officially approved by ASML, Boeing, Rolls Royce, Airbus and producers of medical devices and optical systems. This could not be more emphasizing that this coolant meets extremely high standards worldwide.

Ecocool Global 1000 combines excellent machining results with excellent bio-stability, resulting in long service life and low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Compared to older fluid generations, the application of Ecocool Global 1000 requires less used emulsion to be disposed of and therefore less concentrate to be purchased. This saves quite a bit in costs. Also, longer fluid standing time means less production downtime and higher machine efficiency. In addition, a doubling and sometimes even tripling of tool life can be counted on, further increasing efficiency while reducing tooling costs.

The latest fluid generations combine excellent machining results with outstanding bio-stability, resulting in long tool life and consequently low Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Unmanned production

Ecocool Global 1000, as well as the advanced fluids Mach 300 and the HIO-free emulsions for Grade 1 applications Ecocool SC-E and Ecocool SC-S do not contain boron, formaldehyde and DEA and are therefore people- and environment-friendly without compromising operational and economic properties. The optimal cooling and lubricating properties also respond well to the advance of unmanned production. Fewer tool changes are required, while in combination with the Industrie 4.0 ready L-Smart fluid monitoring system, the fluid is kept in optimum condition. L-Smart automatically refills the coolant based on Brix value, acidity (pH) and conductivity. As a result, machining efficiency and fluid standing time increase, resulting in higher production efficiency at lower fluid costs. In addition, L-Smart continuously stores information on fluid quality which is important in the context of traceability.
