Thanks to online software Sophia® portal, customers can place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, receive a quote in one minute and get their products delivered within 48 hours. The company was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Varsseveld, the Netherlands. Other production facilities are located in Oyten (northern Germany), Hilden (North Rhine-Westphalia) and Langenau (southern Germany). In 2023, 247TailorSteel will also open a facility in Hooglede (Belgium) and in Oud Gastel (the Netherlands).

Every order starts in the online software Sophia®. With Sophia®, you check the manufacturability of your design, know the cost within a minute, and easily order your custom products from 247TailorSteel.
After uploading the STEP, DXF or DWG file, Sophia® analyzes the products and designs at lightning speed and provides insight into the costs during the design phase. The customer can adjust material types or thicknesses but also the design or connection methods in the interim. Sophia makes adjustments during the process for an efficient and optimal end result. Both the delivery date and also the delivery address are chosen by the customer in Sophia.

Laser cutting
247TailorSteel's core business is laser cutting. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, more than 30 Trumpf laser cutters are ready to laser cut your design. With a spacious range to steel, STAINLESS STEEL, aluminum and brass there is always a suitable material for your order. You start your order in Sophia®. Upload your STEP or DXG/DWF file and assign the metal type and quantities. Sophia® automatically recognizes all parts. Once you send a request, you will receive the quotation within a minute and select your desired delivery time. Laser cutting is possible from as little as one piece.

Tube laser cutting
In addition to sheet laser cutting also includes tube laser cutting to the capabilities of 247TailorSteel. We use Adige tube laser cutting machines for this purpose. Pipes and tubes with a minimum diameter of 20 mm and a maximum length of up to 5,800 mm are accurately cut and machined to your requirements. In Sophia® you can see at a glance what your costs are and select your delivery time. You can choose from a wide range of round, square and rectangular tubes made of steel, aluminum and stainless steel.
