Cutting metal without cooling: optimized saw blades for cordless tools

Just think of the latest generation of saw blades for cordless tools: extremely thin-walled and impact-resistant LBS saw blades for cutting metal gratings, trapezoidal plates, profiles, cable ducts and shutter tubes. 

"This range includes saw blades with a thickness of 1-1.5 mm and a diameter between 137 and 255 mm. This thin blade technology results in significantly longer autonomy and battery life," explained the CEO. "A unique, ultra-hot heat treatment and special soldering process make it possible to produce ultra-thin and shock-resistant saw blades, which set us apart from the competition in the battery tool market. The saw blades are 100% compatible with handheld circular saws from Bosch, Metabo, Milwaukee, Makita, AEG, Panasonic and more brands. The superior performance of the blades offers new opportunities for metal cutting companies."

With a new hand-held circular saw for metalworking, Jepson Power is now also making strides in the world of cordless power tools. This development is also equipped with the powerful Dry Cutter technology, which makes the cutting process fast and without cooling. The user also does not need any lubricant - which is obviously important for the environment. This innovative handheld circular saw uses CAS (Cordless Alliance System), the world's highest performing battery system in the industry. 

"The importance of battery technology is also growing in our field. The professional orientation of CAS convinced us," they clarify at the manufacturer. "It quickly became clear that with CAS we wanted to bring in and be part of a whole range of top-level partners.
