Popular selection 

Timesavers is again bringing the most popular machine solutions and handling options to the show. The complete range of rotary brush machines will be presented. These machines have at least one thing in common: creating that perfect radius. A radius not only looks nicer, but also ensures the quality of the subsequent coating and paint layer. In addition, we have the small Manual Grinder, the 10 series. This machine is an entry-level model and replaces manual deburring. And finally, at the booth you will find solutions for tooling and handling, such as a brush holder, return feed table and robot. 

For large parts 

The 42 RB series is the largest deburring machine with available working widths of 1350 and 1600 mm. This machine can deburr not only large parts, but also small ones of 50 x 50 mm. Thanks to the strong vacuum table. At the beginning is an abrasive belt for deburring and at the end is a belt for finishing. In between are eight rotary brushes capable of achieving a radius of 2 mm on the edges. This updated version of the machine is built with energy saving in mind and has several features for this purpose. 

Snail removal 

Is it necessary to remove slag from your plasma cutting parts? The 32 RB series offers the solution. This machine is equipped with hammer heads that remove slag quickly and easily. In addition, a wet dust collector from Absaugwerk GmbH will be installed for optimal dust separation. This ensures a safer and healthier workplace for workers and is also better for the operation of the machine. 

Handling solutions 

The new version of the 22 RB series has pictogram controls and a larger screen to further increase ease of use. This 600 mm wide machine is ideal for companies producing on a smaller scale. The machine is presented in combination with a feed-back table from AMI Förder- und Lagertechnik. Return tables are convenient for machine operators because they no longer have to walk back and forth to pick up machined parts. They can continue their work from one place. Time-saving and much more efficient! 

Replacement for angle grinder 

A perfect replacement for an angle grinder? The 10 Series Manual Grinder is 3 to 4 times faster than grinding by hand. The affordable machine has four wheels for easy moving and is equipped with two heads: a brush and a disc. With the many types of tools available, you can perform any operation you need.
