Nitty Gritty has developed a new line of pickling machines: X-BRUSH

Since Nitty Gritty was founded in 1995, they have always focused on bringing to market new, effective and efficient solutions that meet the real needs of those who professionally pickle, polish and mark stainless steel.

Over the past few years, several of their customers have asked to develop a high-quality pickling and polishing machine, just as powerful as the Clinox line, but "smarter."

It was also challenging because we did not want to copy other machines from our competitors on the market with their advantages and disadvantages.

So they began conceiving the X-Brush line from this question:
"How do you make a high-quality, powerful, reliable machine like the Clinox, but at the same time lightweight, portable, compact and smarter?"

So we decided that these new machines would be dip&work with quality components along with an inverter for optimal power management and thus better and faster pickling or polishing.

After nearly 3 years between design, implementation and internal testing, in early 2023 they asked some of our customers to test these new machines and give us feedback so they could improve them further.

Fortunately, all three models were not only loved, but also perfectly met the demands and needs of those who work with Inox on a daily basis.

However, there were some minor requests for improvement, and so after about 6 months, the X-Brush series was launched with three models: Basic, Mini and X-Brush.
