To efficiently respond to today's challenges in metal fabrication, LVD will present innovations in laser cutting, automated bending and software integration at Blechexpo, in Hall 1, Booth 1808: the Phoenix FL-6525 large-format laser cutting machine with bevel cutting head, a new automated bending solution and new CADMAN®-FLOW software for optimized process flow.
Phoenix FL is LVD's flexible, all-round laser cutting system. The new Phoenix FL-6525 offers
with a wide cutting range of up to 6510 x 2600 mm and the bevel cutting option even more capacity and versatility. The large machine size makes machining extra-large sheets easy and efficient. The excellent dynamics guarantee consistent, high-quality cutting results with both thin and thick materials. The bevel cutting head precisely controls the angle and depth of beveling to create complex contours and welds.
Phoenix FL-6525 is available with 6-, 10-, 12- or 20-kW laser power. The bevel head option is available for 10- and 12-kW systems. The Phoenix FL-6525 at Blechexpo features a 12-kW laser source with bevel head.
A new automated bending solution from LVD makes its debut at Blechexpo. The solution is designed for a range of industrial applications, including the production of cabinet components, architectural components, racking systems, steel furniture, elevators, clean rooms and fire doors.
LVD's new CADMAN-Flow is the perfect fit for the smart factory. CADMAN-Flow is the gateway to the full suite of software: software for (robotic) bending, laser cutting and punching, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Smart Drawing Importer. Through one access, users can import and verify parts and assemblies, create CAM programs, import production orders, reduce tool configurations, and retrieve production information from touch controls. This makes process flow faster and with more flexibility, from 3D file to finished product.
At the heart of CADMAN-Flow is CADMAN-B v9, LVD's latest bending software. CADMAN-B v9 calculates bending solutions faster and more efficiently than ever before and even optimizes and reduces tool changes for maximum production flow.
