Efficiency and consistency in the deburring process

With more than eighty years of experience, Timesavers International offers appropriate solutions for every business when it comes to deburring, edge rounding, laser oxide and heavy slag removal, finishing and precision grinding of sheet metal. 

Timesavers will show the latest version of its compact rotary brush machine at EuroBLECH: the 32 series HWRB. The rotary brush carousel has been optimized, while the machine now has an additional feature: the Hammerhead. The popular rotary brush technology is the ultimate solution for creating an even radius on all edges of sheet metal parts up to a width of 1100 mm. It is even possible to combine edge rounding with laser oxide removal on steel parts. 

22 series WRBW 

In addition, the machine 22 series WRBW will be presented with its pictogram control. The machine has a working width of 600 mm and is suitable for companies producing on a smaller scale. Ideal for perfect deburring and rounding of parts.

42 RB series

The large 42 RB series with its Industrie 4.0 functionalities will not be missing from this event either. It is the largest deburring machine available in 1350 and 1600 mm working widths. The configuration is the WWRBW with two grinding belts at the beginning of the machine. These are suitable for removing large burrs. With the eight rotary brushes, the machine can also apply a 2 mm radius to parts to ensure coating and paint quality.

12 WB series

The 12 WB series is an entry-level model with 600 mm working width for deburring and finishing small parts. This machine has a grinding belt and brush.

10 series

Last but not least, the Timesavers booth features the entry-level deburring machine, the 10 Series Manual Grinder. This solution is three to four times faster than manual deburring, and very easy to use. It also makes processing a lot more fun to do.
