Automated process

Timesavers has been nominated for this year's "EuroBLECH Award. At EuroBLECH, they are showing an impressive setup: a fully automated deburring process. The setup consists of input and output robot cells using universal technology and smart functions. The robot, guided by vision technology, chooses the right gripper to place sheet products on the conveyor belt. These products then enter the upgraded Timesavers 42 RB series machine, now with a working width of 1525 mm. The machine has a new Top Brush aggregate to complement the rotary brushes. Also, the 42 RB automatically sets the sanding belt and brushes to the correct settings without manual intervention. This creates a fully automated line that does not require an operator. These advanced features enable integration with level 2 systems and ERP systems. After deburring, rounding and finishing, the products are neatly stacked on a pallet by a second robot, identical to how the pallet entered the infeed cell. This automation increases efficiency and ensures consistent quality, which is essential for the factory of the future.

32 RB series

In addition to the innovative eye-catcher, you will also find the 32 RB series at the booth. This machine has four rotary brushes and is ideal for rounding edges up to a radius of 2 mm. Timesavers will demonstrate the operation of the machine and its realistic machining results during the exhibition. The machine is suitable for parts up to 1100 mm wide. 10 series

In addition, the 10 series will be on display. This small but powerful Manual Grinder works 3 to 4 times faster than an angle grinder.
