In addition to the completely new design, this machine generation convinces with its modular design that gives customers more flexibility when integrating within the existing production structure. Further improvements include the newly developed planetary head assembly in the machine with which a directionless scratch pattern on the surface and perfect rounding at the cutting edges can be created after punching or laser cutting.
The new Lissmac SMW5 series is the perfect technology for wet sanding and delivers maximum flexibility as one can mix material without compromise. The machine with a completely reworked design is an extremely powerful all-rounder that can be used for deburring as well as rounding uneven cutting edges or even surface finishing. The Siemens control is particularly intuitive, making it easy to operate and also prepared for Industrie 4.0. Depending on your application and your products, the Lissmac SMW5 can be freely configured. Working widths of 950, 1,350 and 1,650 mm offer a suitable format for your entire workpiece range.

- SMD 132 PLUTO: Slag removal, deburring and edge breaking of sheets according to dry machining principle. This machine provides powerful machining of plasma and oxyfuel cut workpieces. Slag removal, deburring and edge breaking can all be done in one pass. Thanks to the highly flexible deburring roller, it is possible to compensate up to 6 mm for material tolerances and warped workpieces. Edges are broken by two opposing roller brushes.
