Mazak integrates INTEGREX i-100 with BARTAC conveyor belt

Yamazaki Mazak has integrated the BARTAC unloader and conveyor into their INTEGREX range for efficient unloading of finished parts.

The INTEGREX i-100 BARTAC ST Multi-Tasking machine, equipped with the SmoothX CNC control system, has a large machining area, a compact ergonomic design and highly accurate performance. This machine can machine both round and prismatic rough workpieces in a single set-up; one machine and one operator - 'DONE-IN-ONE'.

The two turning spindles and the milling spindle make this compact INTEGREX i-100 BARTAC ST 5-axis Multi-Tasking machining machine extremely suitable for machining small complex parts.

The INTEGREX i-100 is equipped with a high-speed main spindle at 2,000 TPM and a subspindle at 6,000 TPM and has a milling head with a maximum speed of 12,000 TPM. In addition, the machine also has a tool magazine with automatic workpiece changes and a storage capacity of 36 workpieces, with optional storage capability of up to 72 workpieces.

The intelligent rod loader automatically feeds the material to the desired position, reducing residual waste.

The most important thing about this the machine is its exceptional capacity for machining large rods with 102mm diameter, allowing the machining of diverse parts, such as 70mm square or material or extruded parts.
