LVD Company nv adds the Dyna-Press 40/15 Pro to its series of high-speed, electrically powered Dyna-Press press brakes. The machine has 40 tons of press force, a 1500 mm working length and is equipped with a highly accurate five-axis back gauge. Working speeds of 25 mm per second allow for bending more pieces per hour at a lower piece rate. Combined with an industrial robot, Dyna-Press 40/15 Pro forms a compact, ultra-fast bending cell (Dyna-Cell) for automated production.
Speed & efficiency
The electrically driven ram of the Dyna-Press ensures a smooth transition from closing to working speed and minimizes energy consumption thanks to an optimal ratio of motor power to ram travel. The coupling of the ram and servo motors is achieved by two heavy-duty ball screws to distribute power and tonnage evenly over the working length. As a result, the press brake delivers fast, energy-efficient performance in a variety of bending tasks.
Performance characteristics
With a five-axis back gauge, the Dyna-Press 40/15 Pro delivers high repeat accuracy and precision. The press brake uses vertically removable tools for easy and fast changeover, even of heavier tools.
LVD ensures a comfortable and safe environment for the operator. Like the other Dyna-Press models, the latest Dyna-Press can be operated from either a seated or standing position. The control system IRIS Lazer Safe is an added safety feature.
Dyna-Press 40/15 Pro is easy to operate with minimal training. The 15" Touch-B touchscreen control has an intuitive graphical display and also allows the operator to create 2D drawings and simulate in 3D. The controller is compatible with LVD's CAM software,CADMAN®-B.
Dyna-Press 40/15 Pro has a table-ram distance of 400 mm and a stroke of 200 mm. The machine has a number of options such as front supports, hydraulic clamping on the table and ram, a robotic interface and contact fingers.
