One-stop shop in surface treatment puts quality and flexibility first

Lakkerij Vandereyt is the one-stop-shop in surface treatment that aims to unburden the customer as much as possible with wet and powder coating lines, tampon and screen printing, and even simple assembly and packaging work. Starting in late 2020, metalizing will be added. Quality and flexibility are crucial to provide the appropriate solution in every situation.

Lakkerij Vandereyt of Heusden-Zolder is known for quality surface treatment of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics and even wood. Customers can come to this one-stop-shop in surface treatment for both wet coating and powder coating. They also have their own tampon and screen printing department, where they can apply logos, pictograms and text, among other things, after the paint treatment. They can even perform simple assembly and packaging work. "With these offerings, we always strive to unburden the customer as much as possible. This strategy appears to be working and that is why we continue to invest in this," says sales manager Vincent Peters. "In the last three years we have expanded our production with two production lines, allowing us, among other things, to wet-coat and powder-coat large workpieces up to 6 m long, 2 m wide and 2 m high and weighing up to 1,000 kg. At the end of this year we will commission a new plant for metalizing parts."

Lakkerij Vandereyt's customers come from aerospace, defense, truck and bus construction, railroads, offshore, as well as the medical sector, lighting and furniture production and the OEM market. We also have the necessary certificates, including the well-known ISO 9001:2015, but equally an AS/EN9100 certification, the quality standard for aerospace and defense, and Qualisteelcoat for the qualitative treatment of steel."
