The ROBiPAK, a UR+ certified solution for MIG/MAG welding, is designed for quick installation on your cobot. All components, already proven in industrial robot technology, are adapted to the characteristics of Universal Robots' robots and guarantee high-quality performance. Thanks to stable communication between the two devices, complemented by proprietary URCap development, you can easily create programs to weld with the UR Cobot. Therefore, the ROBiPAK is ideal for small series and frequently changing welding applications.

Precise and future-oriented wire feeding system

With the MFS-V3.1, ABICOR BINZEL ROBOTIC SYSTEMS has developed a future-oriented wire feed system for laser applications. The high-precision transmission and direct power transmission combined with the fast and digital motor control using the new eBOX are the centerpiece of the new MFS-V3.1 system. The 2×2 drive principle guarantees minimal slippage and prevents wire distortion. Short acceleration and reaction times, which are important for laser applications, can therefore be achieved.

Ideal solution for healthy and comfortable MIG/MAG welding

Welding fumes can pose a significant health risk. Experts recommend extracting welding fumes directly at the source. To ensure this in industrial environments, even under adverse conditions, ABICOR BINZEL offers the fume extraction unit xFUME VAC ADVANCED in combination with the fume extraction guns RAB GRIP HE. This unit is ideal for two totally independent operating welding guns, provides high suction power, has an automatic cleaning function and is universally applicable. The RAB GRIP HE is characterized by good accessibility, high suction efficiency and its robustness. RAB GRIP HE combines effective health protection with the best possible working conditions and is suitable for heavy industrial applications.

In addition, ABICOR BINZEL unpacks customized wear parts of the liquid-cooled W600 series. Their design, in function of the high performance of the gooseneck, guarantees extreme durability. Also, the new generation cold wire attachment kit for the TIG torches ABITIG^® GRIP 200, 260 W and 450 W is now available.
