Always the right machine for the right application - Booth 174
No two machinists are the same. Depending on what a company wants to achieve, machine needs can vary greatly. Therefore, in its 55 years of existence, Bendertechniek has added a wide range of machine tools to its portfolio. With one common thread: quality and reliability are always the keywords. During Machineering you will get to see a small cross-section of that at the Bendertechniek booth. Notable attendees are the YCM NXV 1020 vertical machining center, an affordable three-axis solution that combines quality and productivity, and the Matsuura MX520, the latest version of the five-axis machining center that is particularly popular among machinists. Machines you will be able to see, smell and feel. But also the automation solutions that go with them. Because that too is part of a production environment. Bendertechniek will present the four-pallet automation solution at the Matsuura MX520. It will also show the BT-TM12, an in-house developed loading and unloading system that works with a cobot. The philosophy behind it is clear: offer the most complete solution possible that is easy to implement and excels in user-friendliness.
CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY FOR RELIABLE CONTINUITY - Booth 102
At the heart of any waterjet cutting machine are two key elements: the high-pressure pump, and the abrasive feed system. Resato has been a leading supplier of waterjet cutting solutions for 25 years, and saw improvement potential in both elements. High-pressure pumps operate around a hydraulic pressure intensifier, also known as an "intensifier," which converts hydraulic oil pressure to high water pressure. An intensifier thus delivers infinitely adjustable water pressure between 300 and 4,000 bar to the cutting head of the machine. Pain points for the continuity of the cutting process are seal changes at the intensifier. With its Double Intensifier Pump, Resato parries this problem once and for all. The pump has a second intensifier built in so that one intensifier always remains available during seal changes. The Mini Abrasive Continuous Supply abrasive supply system is ideal for companies with limited floor space, or for processes where limited abrasive doses are required. The filling system revolves around the introduction of a pressure-controlled supply vessel for abrasive toward the cutting machine. This feed vessel has a filling capacity of 500 kg, and is itself fed by an external abrasive silo that can be refilled at any time. Thus, the refilling process is decoupled from the cutting cycle.
