After positive results and a declaration of at least 4 months of work experience, one receives the certificate Visual Welding Inspector VT-w Level 2. The DNV certificate is accredited by the Council of Accreditation in accordance with ISO 17024)
In the welding technology industry, there are increasing requirements for the welding work performed and the associated welding examination. Of great importance is the visual examination of the welding work. With proper visual inspection of the most common welding imperfections, problems can be prevented at an early stage. The five-day Visual Welding Inspector course provides insight into all aspects of the visual assessment of welding and meets all the final requirements of the ISO 9712 standard.
To increase knowledge in the field of visual inspection of welded parts. Additional theoretical and practical knowledge will enable you to independently visually assess workpieces after the training. A person certified at level 2 has demonstrated the ability to perform and assess visual inspection according to established and recognized procedures.
The course is designed for performing welders, shift supervisors, QA/QC staff and inspectors who want to gain a better understanding of visual inspection of welding.
You have a minimum of 4 months work experience in welding.

This training runs over 5 days. After the 5th day follows the mandatory exam (price participation exam € 695). Registration for the exam takes place during the 5 day course.
