SafanDarley E-volution days 2023

On Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 May 2023, SafanDarley is once again organizing the E-volution Days in Lochem. Get an exclusive look into the future of working with SafanDarley press brakes. Following on from the 'Intelligent Lights-out Factory' presentation during EuroBlech 2022, SafanDarley will show in-house the translation to your production environment. Discover opportunities to improve your productivity and sustainability through automation and customer-specific solutions. 

During this event, SafanDarley will present a comprehensive program. Ranging from live demonstrations of, among others, the new machine control software ASC-Control for the automated solutions and the very compact new CNC bending aid I-Mate, a tour of the factory and the presence of speaker and technophilosopher Rens van der Vorst who will make you think about the impact of technology. 

Introduction ASC control 

SafanDarley is proud to introduce the fully in-house developed Automated Sollution Cell Control. This machine control software enables SafanDarley, together with AutoPOL and RoboBend (offline software), to offer a total package for all automated solutions. As a result, you are no longer dependent on third parties and have only one point of contact for the entire package. 

High stakes have been placed on ease of use. An extensive training program is therefore not necessary for the operator. After sending a job to the ASC-Control, he can operate the machine and execute the job in a very simple way. Thus, the operator works very efficiently and increases the productivity of the automated cell. 

ASC-Control provides a big step forward in terms of ease of use, efficiency and productivity and lays a great foundation for SafanDarley to develop on in the future. 

Exclusive look into the future 

With the R-Brake 130T and E-Brake 35T Mini Cell, SafanDarley is demonstrating a fully automated application of innovative sheet metal working, with support from Kumatech's AGV Pallet Jack, during these E-volution days. The optimal cooperation of the machines in SafanDarley's "Intelligent Lights-out Factory" is controlled, among other things, by the latest version of AutoPOL, the offline 3D bending simulation software for complete and reliable process control. This setup gives you an exclusive look into the future of working with SafanDarley press brakes. 

In the SafanDarley R-Brake, the press brake and the robot are integrated into a single system. The robot can be moved horizontally along a traverse at the top of the press brake. This leaves the floor in front of the machine completely free for material supply and removal. 

The E-Brake Mini Cell is perfect for fully automatic production of small complex products. It is also possible to successively bend different products without intermediate programming. 

Both machines are modularly built and fully configurable to customer requirements, allowing for optimal efficiency and higher productivity. 

Of course, in the showroom you will find machines from the entire SafanDarley delivery program, such as the E-Brake C 200T with Tool Mate, E-Brake 130T Ultra, equipped with intelligent bending aid I-Mate, H-Brake Hybrid+ 230T Ultra and the M-Shear.
