RoboJob organizes hands-on workshop on process control in high-end machining

On Thursday, May 22, RoboJob is organizing an exclusive workshop on "Process Control in High-end Machining" in collaboration with renowned technology partners Dormatec, Iscar, Renishaw and Will-Fill. During this hands-on day, visitors will be immersed in the challenges as well as solutions when machining difficult materials in sectors with high quality standards, such as the medical industry and aerospace.

High-end machining requires a thorough control of the entire production process: from tool selection and parameterization to measurements and process monitoring. Because of this complexity, the need for thorough knowledge sharing increases, and that is exactly what RoboJob wants to address with this workshop.

"We see on a daily basis with our customers the challenges they face in machining difficult to machine materials," he said. said Helmut De Roovere, CEO of RoboJob. "It requires a perfect interplay between machine, tool, measurement and automation. With this workshop, we want to share our experience and expertise, while also demonstrating the strength of cooperation between technology partners who each master their domain."

With this workshop, RoboJob aims not only to give a clear insight into the technological challenges of high-end machining, but also to provide tangible solutions. This will be done through live demonstrations, customer cases and concrete applications at each partner. In each case, the emphasis is on process control, efficiency and quality - aspects that are inextricably linked to machining with high accuracy and small error margins.

"Our ambition is to keep raising the bar in the manufacturing industry," he said. adds De Roovere. "We strongly believe in knowledge sharing and in the power of cooperation. This is the only way we really help our customers move forward."

The collaboration with technology partners Dormatec, Iscar, Renishaw and Will-Fill reinforces that ambition. Each partner brings its own specialized knowledge and experience, giving participants a full picture of the complex puzzle that is high-end machining - and how to keep it under control.

The workshop will take place on May 22 at RoboJob Headquarters in Heist-op-den-Berg (Belgium). Registration is mandatory and can be done through the RoboJob website. The number of places is limited.
