Belgian company RoboJob is looking for young talent. This is also necessary, because the Western European market leader in CNC automation remains very ambitious and wants to make strides in innovation and internationalization in the coming years. That is why it is now putting a lot of effort into job fairs, starting with Group T's Entrepreneurs' Day in Leuven.
It seems like "The American Dream": from the basement of his childhood home, Helmut De Roovere started tinkering with his first robot in 2007. More than 10 years later, RoboJob has become the undisputed market leader in CNC automation. The company now has almost 50 employees: a good mix of young force and experienced guides builds in Heist-op-den-Berg on high-tech robotics for the manufacturing industry.
"In order to continue our growth and our innovation trajectory in the coming years as well, we may well add a few more colleagues," he said.said De Roovere. "Especially 'in the field' there is a need for reinforcement. After all, we also need to be able to install our automation solutions. And our customers, they are spread all over Western Europe." And so RoboJob is pulling out all the stops to appeal to young talent at various job fairs.
"Today, we are already kicking off at Group T's Entrepreneur Day in Leuven. This will be followed by the job fairs at Thomas More in Geel on Feb. 27 and we will close on March 12 at Thomas More, Campus De Nayer in Sint-Katelijne-Waver." With the job fairs, RoboJob hopes to attract young talent to install its robots and develop new robotic applications. Open jobs can always be consulted on RoboJob's website, https://www.robojob.eu/.
