RoboJob launches all-new tower at emo hannover

Eight years after the introduction of the first generation Tower, RoboJob is once again making history. At the EMO fair in Hannover, the Belgian market leader in CNC automation will present a completely new Tower: a groundbreaking solution that combines even more capacity, flexibility and technical capabilities in a compact footprint.

Success story since 2017

The first generation of the Tower was also launched at EMO in 2017. At the time, it was the first time an automation solution for turning and milling machines was offered in such a modular and scalable way. Since then, there have been more than 150 Towers installed at manufacturing companies worldwide. The Tower thus became a reference product that proved how automation not only increases productivity but also strengthens the autonomy of companies.

"The first Tower was a gamechanger for us and for our customers," he said. says Helmut De Roovere, CEO of RoboJob. "But we knew this was just the beginning. With the new Tower, we are building on that success while taking a big step forward. We are taking automation to a level that cannot be found anywhere else today."

New benchmarks in automation

The new Tower is available in three models (3,500 mm, 4,100 mm and 4,700 mm high) and offers with up to 14 m² of storage space and 6,960 kg load capacity the largest capacity in the market. Its smart vertical design keeps floor space to a minimum, while significantly increasing companies' autonomy for day, night and weekend production.

A completely redesigned internal logistics - with one central elevator and a flexible pass-through hatch - makes the Tower not only faster and more reliable, but also more user-friendly. Moreover, the operator continues to have free access to the CNC machine in any configuration, even in a 2-machine setup.

With the introduction of the E-Grip the range of applications becomes even wider. This intelligent gripper can automatically switch between workpiece grippers, collets, pallet modules and tools. Combined with the powerful, intuitive software, this opens up an unparalleled spectrum of possibilities for both high mix, low volume production and large-scale series.

First installations in 2026

The first installations of the new Tower are scheduled for Q2 2026. Until then, all planned projects will be carried out with the current Tower. In doing so, RoboJob underscores its philosophy of only marketing products that are fully developed, tested through and ready for production.

"We never bring half-finished innovations to our customers," he said. De Roovere stressed. "Every new Tower we install will be 100% reliable, as our customers have come to expect from us. That is the basis of the trust we have been building with them for years."

EMO as a platform for innovation

That RoboJob is once again launching the new Tower at EMO is no coincidence. For years, the company has been using the largest international machine trade fair as a springboard for its most important innovations. Thus, RoboJob will also present the application of artificial intelligence at the Pallet-Load Integrated proposals.

"For us, EMO has always been the place where we push our limits," he said. continues De Roovere. "Our innovations have demonstrated time and again that automation can be simpler, smarter and more powerful. With the new Tower, we are once again setting a standard and pushing our industry to new heights."
