Cobot technology continues its advance. The signal for FANUC to work on the widest range of cobots on the market. At Machineering, the latest addition will be presented: CR-15iA. It has a 15 kg lifting load and a reach of 1,441 mm. At Machineering, a 7 kg cobot version will be on display in combination with HandGuidance. With a lever on the robot's wrist, the operator can easily have it pick up pieces or teach it new robot programs.

New painting and welding robot

In addition, the P-40iA paint robot and the Arc Mate 120iD welding robot also get their baptism of fire. The P-40iA can call itself a flexible, intelligent aluminum robot with a reach of 1,300 mm and a lifting load of 5 kg. It can be easily integrated into spray or powder coating booths. In turn, the Arc Mate 120iD has a new drive shaft at its disposal that allows it to benefit from significantly higher axis speeds. Its performance and extremely high reliability pave the way to efficiency and productivity.

In terms of motion, you will be able to experience the iHMI user interface. Thanks to FANUC, operation of even the most complex CNC machines has never been easier and more efficient. Both the hardware and the interface have been completely redesigned to make this possible. Intuitive operation is paramount, but at the same time users will recognize their familiar controls.

Overview of your shop floor

Finally, FANUC is also presenting its Industry 4.0 solution MT-Linki. This software will collect data from every machine tool and robot via OPC-UA and visualize it for the user. At a glance, you will have a perfect overview of how your machines are performing and where there are opportunities for optimization and preventive maintenance.
