Market leader in high power laser cutting machines opens new office in Deurne

Penta Laser is the market leader in high power fiber laser cutting machines. "Since 2019, we have already been working with Penta Laser in Europe," said Jeroen Carmiggelt, in charge of Penta Laser Benelux. "And since the beginning of 2024, we have given the cooperation a clear face by starting Penta Laser Benelux. At our new office in Deurne, Brabant -where we will also hold an open day this spring- interested parties can discover the unique features of Penta Laser's machines."

"Apart from good quality, we offer unprecedented value for money," says Carmiggelt. "At this location, centrally located within the European market, everyone is welcome to come and see our cutting machines and automation solutions." Machines ranging from the five-year-old 8 kW laser cutting machine, the two new 12 kW machines and the spectacular demo model, the 60 kW BOLT VII 6025. Production is also done with the machines combined with Penta Laser's towers and automation. The automation system in Deurne is suitable up to a plate size of 4 x 2 meters. Penta Laser builds such systems up to a plate size of 8 x 2.5, Unique, robust and highly functional. During this spring's open day, we will have several machines produced live and offer customers the opportunity to also come and see Penta Laser's automation and storage towers for themselves."

High power

With the live demonstration of the 60kW, a real powerhouse and unique in Europe, Penta Laser wants to show how incredibly fast and effective cutting with high power can be. "The big advantage of these high-power lasers is not only that you can cut really thick plates, but also that you can cut materials of, say, 5 mm thick three to five times faster." Penta Laser is also gaining ground with integrated automation solutions, Carmiggelt continues. "These solutions are technically extremely complex and the coordination with the customer listens very closely, because this involves linking all kinds of business processes. But in that respect, our systems are very reliable and also offer unprecedented value for money. With such a good system at an interesting price, our customers, with fewer people, can also offer their clients a lower unit price, so they can clearly distinguish themselves with that too."

Machineering Brussels

Carmiggelt: "Since 2024, the Belgian market is also a market on which we are focusing in full force. At Advanced Manufacturing 2024 in Antwerp, we presented the Bolt VII 6025 live, with a size of 15 by 4 meters it was a real 'eye-catcher'. Now we choose to participate in the Machineering in Brussels from Wednesday, March 26 to Friday, March 28. Here we want to make new contacts with the large group of customers who we do not (yet) know and who do not yet know us, but who we obviously very much like to introduce to the very interesting and beneficial possibilities of Penta Laser Benelux. Naturally, we also invite everyone to the open day and/or a visit at one of our satisfied customers."

24/7 service

In addition to innovative technology, Penta Laser Benelux also sets the bar very high in terms of service and support, Carmiggelt emphasizes. "We not only ensure that a machine is set up perfectly at a customer's site, but we also offer a 24/7 service for repair and maintenance afterwards. Replacement parts are available quickly, customers appreciate that enormously."
