LVD RECOGNIZED AS "BEST MANAGED COMPANY" FOR FIFTH YEAR IN A ROW

LVD Company nv has been named a "Belgium's Best Managed Company" for the fifth year in a row. The label is awarded by Deloitte Private, Econopolis and KU Leuven to private Belgian companies that have demonstrated outstanding results and leadership.

Participating companies are judged by an independent jury on their handling of top management processes in four key areas: long-term strategy, execution competence, corporate culture and governance/financial performance. This year, the jury primarily recognized the winners' ability to achieve success and strengthen their market position even in times of crisis.

As "Belgium's Best Managed Company," LVD is part of a short list of recognized companies from the more than 42 countries in which the program operates. LVD Group is represented in 47 countries, has 19 subsidiaries and multiple manufacturing facilities in Europe and the US. The recent acquisition of the solutions business unit of KUKA Automation + Robotics nv is part of LVD's growth strategy. The newly formed LVD Robotic Solutions bv will significantly expand LVD's robot automation expertise and market reach.
