After all, the company invested in a branch in Roosdaal with which it instantly doubled its sawing capacity.

"In the field of aluminum, we represent Banco Aluminum and supply high-quality aluminum profiles according to drawing, possibly with machining and surface treatment," says sales manager Carina Vercammer. "Finally, we are reputable for SB-Railing's range of stainless steel components for balustrades, railings and handrails. In house, we developed the UNIQ for this purpose, a range of profiles for glass balustrades that allow clamping without chocks or rubbers."
It is not only the extensive range of products that has made IMS great. Also and especially the quality customization has played a key role in this success. "In order to perpetuate the satisfaction of our customers, expansion was imminent," Vercammer said. "Management opted for a third base of operations in Roosdaal, the Netherlands. This is fully equipped to deliver large orders on demand, and this specifically for cut-to-size pieces. The workshop also includes a brand new sawing machine that very quickly cuts diameters up to 560 mm with the highest accuracy: we achieve a tolerance of 0.2 mm in material and 0.1 mm in squareness. Thanks to a multi-pan device, we can cut several lengths of material side by side. All this results in a doubling of our sawing capacity, again making us all set for further growth."
