That's more than good news for MACHINEERING 2021, the Belgian trade fair reference for smart and advanced manufacturing and design from A to Z that will be the first "manufacturing fair" to kick off this fall on Sept. 8, 9 & 10 at Brussels Expo.
This fall, MACHINEERING will be the first major physical meeting place for the Belgian manufacturing industry, mechanical engineering and industrial supply postcorona. After a very long 'digital' period, both exhibitors and visitors have a real need to network and do business physically again, especially now that the order book of Belgian manufacturing companies is rising steadily. The exit strategy catalogs trade fairs again under the trade protocol just like retail, shopping centers....This is therefore not the same protocol as for events (including festivals) allowing MACHINEERING to maintain its normal visitor volumes. At the booths there is no limitation on the number of visitors. This situation has already resulted in an accelerated number of enthusiastic registrations of both Belgian and Dutch exhibitors, as a result of which the organization has decided to expand the exhibition area by 2500m² on a limited basis.
MACHINEERING is the demo fair for the smart automated and connected manufacturing company. Brussels Expo will be transformed in September into a manufacturing platform where you will discover machines, technology, materials, software, components and solutions within the full value chain from design to manufacturing. All facets of the manufacturing process are covered: design, engineering, transformation, machining and assembly of products (from metal, plastic, composite or combinations), components and mechanical engineering. Everything revolves around innovations and solutions to optimize production processes in the manufacturing industry.
The exhibition floor is divided into 10 technology routes that can be followed according to your profile and fields of interest. MACHINEERING is therefore best visited in team with colleagues from the various departments (management, production, engineering, supply chain, maintenance, assembly, research & development ...). The insights and ideas exchanged after the trade show visit will undoubtedly be valuable!
Also on the program: expert classes with uses cases within the theme of engineering and manufacturing technology, the Additive Manufacturing zone powered by Flamd3D and the 'Services & Solutions zone' powered by Agoria.
The physical fair MACHINEERING will be complemented by a digital platform. This "digital twin" of MACHINEERING allows everyone to enjoy on-site and online - before, during and after the event - live streaming activities, appointment modules (for appointments at the booth or online), and high-performance search engines with AI matching based on your stated interests.
