Platform for the metalworking industry
Catalyst for renewed growth
EuroBLECH, the international trade fair for sheet metal working, traditionally attracts a high number of decision makers and buying power visitors.

Catalyst for renewed growth

From October 25 to 28, Hannover Messe will be the meeting place for those looking for innovative production solutions for sheet metal working. Finally, organizer Mack Brooks Exhibitions can once again present a live edition of the international trade fair EuroBLECH. More than 1,300 exhibitors from 39 countries have confirmed their participation, accounting for an exhibition area of more than 88,000 m². The organizers are adding a ninth hall for the first time, focusing on connection technologies, one of the most important growth segments, especially when it comes to the development and production of electric vehicles.

Evelyn Warwick, event director of EuroBLECH at Mack Brooks Exhibitions drops the line: "After the mandatory hiatus, there is now a sense of redemption and excitement in the industry. The last live edition of EuroBLECH dates back four years, and so the October show is seen by the market as a welcome update for the entire sheet metal working sector. This international trade fair has always been the meeting point where everything and everyone from the industry comes together, but this edition becomes extra important as a booster for renewed growth."

A face-to-face meeting is still the best way to make contacts and present products.

A smarter future

Barring new external factors, the EuroBLECH will continue to be a biennial event. The motto for this edition is "Your gateway to a smarter future. Exhibitors will therefore present everything they have to offer to optimize, innovate and digitize the production process related to sheet metal working.

The trade fair highlights the entire sheet metal working sector for the production of prototypes, components and finished products. Visitors can find machines, tools and IT solutions for cutting, folding and forming, joining, welding and gluing, surface treatment and finishing, process and quality control, machine parts and components, CAD/CAM/CIM systems, warehouse and business equipment, material recycling and other processes for producing sheets, tubes, profiles, hybrid solutions and other structures.

EuroBLECH 2022 fills halls 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 26 and 27 of the Hannover Messe. In Hall 26 - the "new" ninth hall - the focus is on joining technology, but specialists in surface treatment and tools - formerly in Hall 13 - will also have a new location there. The exhibitors are diverse, from innovative start-ups over small and medium-sized enterprises to major international players. They come from all over the world, with an emphasis on Germany, Italy, Turkey, Switzerland, China, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Poland and France.

Live demonstrations and world firsts

As in all previous editions, visitors can again look forward to numerous live demonstrations and technological world firsts.

Innovative machines will be demonstrated on the various exhibition stands, allowing visitors to discuss with specialists on the stand the potential benefits for their production process.

"We look forward with anticipation to the schwung and enthusiasm on the show floor," says Evelyn Warwick. "At the end of the day, nothing can beat human interaction. A face-to-face conversation, a live demonstration, a first contact - these are one by one important aspects to start a good relationship and build trust. We are pleased that this trade show will once again become a physical platform where customers can connect with leading suppliers and innovative companies in the industry."
