BLM GROUP inaugurates new facility in Benelux

With the establishment of BLM GROUP Benelux, BLM GROUP has inaugurated its own sales and service branch for the Benelux. BLM GROUP, a worldwide partner in the field of tube processing, will thus be able to serve a rapidly growing client base in this region even better.

The new subsidiary will be fully operational from February 10, 2019 and will become the new contact point for sales and service matters in the Benelux for both Lasertube and all other products of the group.

Service department
A service department staffed by skilled Dutch service personnel, is ready to answer service questions from its customers, respond quickly and solve problems as quickly as possible to enable the highest possible productivity.

Sale department
A competent and specialized sales team that assists customers based on their specific needs to purchase both new products and updates to existing production systems.

BLM Group Academy
BLM GROUP Benelux is continuing to set up a BLM GROUP Academy; a well-equipped training facility where clients will be trained in the areas of software and machine control. With the BLM GROUP Academy, BLM GROUP also offers the opportunity for further specialization in the BLMelements software suite; software with which companies can further improve their productivity.

Spare parts and administration
An efficient secretariat handles all customer inquiries and ensures that they are answered by the appropriate department and will be fulfilled.
