The Resato ACM waterjet cutting machine, distinguished among other things by its stable, linear drive technology, guarantees optimum accuracy. Thanks to its modular design, the machine can be easily adapted or expanded as customer needs change. The cutting head of the waterjet cutting machine is available in a 2D, 2.5D or 3D variant, suitable for abrasive and pure water cutting and/or cutting of bevels. The Resato EMS Monitoring software and Resato Job Manager enable 24/7 unmanned production. The EMS Monitoring software monitors 24/7 the cutting process of the waterjet cutting machine. If an unexpected failure occurs or the abrasive in the refill tank runs out, the EMS Monitoring software automatically sends a notification to the operator. The Job Manager allows multiple jobs to be programmed on the machine, ensuring continuous production.
