The manual KONTEC GFD and GFD mini set-up systems offer impressively flat designs combined with high pull-down forces. This ensures high stability and precision during machining operations. With the KONTEC GFD, SCHUNK offers the ideal manual counterpart to the pneumatic VERO-S zero-point clamping system. The VERO-S system is particularly popular in applications where milling operations are performed at high cutting speeds and heavy loads. The manual variant of the KONTEC GFD is therefore the perfect solution for companies that do not want to use pneumatic equipment but still want to enjoy the benefits of an easy-to-use, robust clamping system.

The KONTEC GFD mini in turn represents clamping via four clamping pins with a step of 52 x 52 mm or 96 x 96 mm, and is mainly used for clamping for small components. This system is ideal for applications in fine mechanics, for example, where precision and fast changeover times are essential.
