RVS Noord of Leek is a leader in the machining and assembly of stainless steel semi-finished and finished products. In house we perform machining operations such as welding, bending, punching and pickling. Projects include both serial work and custom stainless steel. Since 1983, our company has been the permanent partner for equipment manufacturers, machine factories and engineering firms throughout the Netherlands, among others. Our clients come from the food industry, medical sector, agriculture, stainless steel processing industry, aerospace and design.

What characterizes our clientele are the high standards of work. In order to guarantee this quality, RVS Noord performs virtually all work processes in-house. Drawing, cutting, welding, assembly and pickling; everything takes place in-house. What makes RVS Noord unique is that we also have our own pickling bath. RVS Noord is a leader in the assembly of stainless steel semi-finished products into a custom finished product. This includes RVS assembly of complete structures and RVS machine assembly for appliances, tanks, piping and machinery. With skilled welding specialists and its own assembly department, RVS Noord takes care of the entire production and assembly process.

WELDING BY RVS NORTH LAYMAN

Welding stainless steel is specialized work. In fact, welding stainless steel, or stainless steel, is not easy. There are several factors to consider. The welding specialists at RVS Noord have a lot of experience in welding stainless steel. It is possible to weld stainless steel by means of TIG welding, MIG welding or Orbital welding.

Which welding technique fits best depends in part on the specifications of the construction. Based on the specifications required by the client, the correct welding technique is chosen on a case-by-case basis. The welding specialists at RVS Noord have mastered TIG welding, MIG welding and orbital welding.

STAINING BY STAINLESS STEEL NORTH LAYMAN

RVS Noord has its own pickling bath, allowing us to pickle and passivate in-house. Virtually all products are pickled and passivated as standard before they leave the workshop. This post-treatment is useful to prevent rust as much as possible. In this way, we guarantee the quality of the stainless steel, regardless of where and what the end product is used for.

RVS Noord has its own pickling hall where operations such as pickling and passivation are carried out in an environmentally friendly manner. The fact that RVS Noord has its own pickling hall is unique for the region. Not every stainless steel processing company has its own pickling hall. This is why RVS Noord regularly carries out pickling work on commission. RVS Noord has an immersion bath for pickling stainless steel structures. The capacity of the pickling bath is 5.80 x 1.90 x 1.90 meters.
