Driven by her passion for metal technology and employee well-being, Jacquelien van der Lem founded Lemtech.
Her mission was clear: Ensure clean air in every industrial workplace. From that dedication, Lemtech was born, and since then we and an inspired team have been working daily to improve working conditions in the metal industry. Our goal is for everyone in the metal industry to retire healthy and safe.

Jacquelien van der Lem was the first Dutch woman to receive the prestigious International Welding Technician diploma. Her career as a welding specialist and consultant took her to numerous welding shops, where she was confronted time and again with poor working conditions in terms of extraction and ventilation. She saw how workers' health was affected by inadequate air purification and knew something had to change.
As a family business, we continue to grow and innovate, with a constant ambition to be the best in our industry. Not in size, but in quality.
