Automation is increasingly becoming a commodity in the world of industrial metalworking. It is therefore a logical choice to make production processes faster and more efficient. One important optimization is the automatic loading and unloading of CNC machines, a discipline of which RoboJob has made its trademark.
Belgian company RoboJob was founded in 2007 and develops user-friendly standard solutions for the automatic loading and unloading of CNC turning and milling machines. In this way, it helps metal processing companies and other players in the manufacturing industry to increase their profitability and respond flexibly to sudden fluctuations in series sizes and delivery times.
International market leader
Despite operating commercially for barely ten years, RoboJob is doing well: the company has become an international market leader, breaking its own records in sales, installations and turnover every year. The majority of its sales are realized abroad, and yet the company happily returns to the homeland: "Every year we participate in more than twenty trade fairs and events, all over Western Europe, but Belgium cannot be missing from our agenda either," says co-founder and CEO Helmut De Roovere.
Robojob presents Integrated products at Machineering
With a fifth consecutive participation in Machineering, RoboJob has become a fixture at the Brussels Fair for Machinery and Engineering. This year, the market leader in CNC automation is highlighting its new Integrated products: a new product line in which the entire automation is built on a single fixed base. As a result, the automation is not only movable, but can also be installed faster. "If you put our 'old' Turn-Assist 250 and our new Turn-Assist 270 i next to each other, you immediately see the difference and also the meaning behind it: our products have been completely redeveloped," says De Roovere proudly. "RoboJob has grown from a small club into a mature company."
