Handling system HS flex heavy - the Hermle automation solution with a transport weight of up to 1200 kg

The HS flex heavy handling system was designed so that it can be adapted for 5-axis machining centers of the Performance Line (C 400 and C 650) but also for models of the High-Performance Line (C 32 and C 42). Thus, for the first time, the C 650 is also available automated.

The HS flex handling system is based on multiple components, which are delivered and adjusted as a complete unit. Only the workpiece storage module is assembled and adjusted on site. As a result, complete installation takes place very quickly - all Hermle machining centers are also delivered finished assembled - and the user can quickly begin machining.
