Hoffmann Group presents new products catalog 2022/2023

It's that time again: Hoffmann Group presents its current product innovations bundled in the new product catalog 2022/2023, which complements last year's catalog number 52 and will be valid for 12 months starting August 1, 2022.
All items can be ordered in the eShop, including products from the Haimer and Simtek brands. Thus Hoffmann Group offers an even wider selection of quality tools, operating equipment and personal protective equipment for professional use in workshop and production - all from one source.
In total, there are about 120,000 items in stock.

Last year, Hoffmann Group extended the term of its product catalog to two years, reducing paper consumption by about 1,000 tons per year. The four-volume catalog, often called the "orange bible" by customers, is now printed every two years and has now been supplemented by the aforementioned new products catalog. This catalog also includes products from the Haimer and Simtek brands in the " Machining and clamping technology " section.

The Haimer Safe-Lock pull-out guard ensures that shank tools are firmly seated in the chuck. Even when machining difficult-to-machine materials, they are not pulled out by axial forces because the shank is screwed into the tool holder on the drive unit. Matching solid carbide milling cutters Haimer Mill and also Microset presetting equipment are now available for sale through Hoffmann Group. In addition, Hoffmann Group plans to include a selection of GARANT milling cutters with Haimer Safe-Lock shanks in its product range in the future. Another new addition to the range is the Haimer Duo-Lock changeover head milling system with double taper and support surface. This achieves significantly higher machining efficiency compared to conventional modular systems.

Another highlight from the new 2022/2023 product catalog is Simtek's large range of micro-turning tools and holders. The tools are designed for a wide range of applications. The AX line in particular is represented in Hoffmann Group's catalog with 283 new items.

In addition, Hoffmann Group has expanded the "GARANT Master" tool family for high-quality machining, completed the product range and also expanded the "Hand & Measuring Tools" product range. For example, calipers and height gauges from the Tesa brand can now wirelessly transmit measurement data to the Hoffmann Group Connected Tools (HCT) smartphone app via the Tesa TLC signal. The 'Personal Protective Equipment' section offers an even larger selection, including numerous new GARANT protective gloves. In addition, durable products from the 'Uvex Protecting Planet' series are included. There are also attractive new additions in the area of business equipment. The highlight is a new ESD workplace trolley from the GARANT GridLine furniture series. It has been specially adapted to the requirements of ESD environments and meets all the requirements according to DIN EN 61340-5-1.

The range includes more than 55,000 certified tools from the system brand GARANT, more than 17,000 tools from the quality brand HOLEX and items from more than 500 other leading brands.
