The INTEGREX j-200S illustrates Mazak's DONE-IN-ONE concept

Equipped with a subspindle and a milling spindle, the INTEGREX j-200S demonstrates Mazak's DONE-IN-ONE approach to machining.

The j-200S Multi-Tasking machine offers outstanding throughput and precision in machining complex medium to large workpieces. This makes the machine extremely suitable for a wide range of applications; from general supply in machining and turning and milling to automotive, aerospace and medical industries.

The INTEGREX is equipped with two turning spindles and one milling spindle to machine workpieces in just one set-up. More specifically, the second spindle allows for continuous machining from first to second operation, increasing performance, shortening set-up and programming and increasing efficiency. Both spindles have a rotational speed of 5,000 TPM and a controlled C axis, The milling spindle can run at a speed of 12,000 TPM.

The j-200S is a compact machine with capacity for large workpieces due to the 200mm Y-axis and 450mm X-axis, which allow for a large machining area. In addition, the machine has a front tool magazine for quick set-ups, automatic workpiece changes and a storage capacity of 20, 36 or 72 tools for exceptional versatility.

The INTEGTREX j-200S is equipped with the SmoothG CNC control system for extremely fast programming and machining.
