LVD Company nv launches the new service and support portal Online Support Ticketing System (OSTS) for LVD customers worldwide, OSTS offers customers 24/7 access to create tickets for service related topics: request a service intervention, inquire about spare parts, schedule preventive maintenance, register for training or simply ask a question. Thanks to the portal, LVD will now respond more quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries.
Customers must register through OSTS to receive secure login credentials for the portal. The service is free of charge.
With OSTS, it is possible to submit a ticket easily and at any time. This then passes immediately to the appropriate local service team, which then takes action. The status of the ticket is displayed in real-time. The OSTS portal also displays the communication history of all of a customer's LVD machines.
OSTS provides customers with a quick and convenient way to contact LVD's customer service team. In turn, the system allows LVD to centralize and better manage customer requests, collaborate with other support teams and provide better service.
OSTS does not replace telephone hotline or e-mail support. Customers can still call or e-mail customer service, but are encouraged to register for OSTS to get a response faster.
