Timesavers proudly displays the latest version of its compact rotary brush machine: the 32 RB series. The popular rotary brushing technology is the ultimate solution for creating an even radius on all edges of sheet metal parts up to a width of 1100 mm. It is even possible to combine edge rounding with oxide skin removal on steel parts.

In addition, the 22 series WRBW will be presented with its Industry 4.0 functionalities. The machine has a working width of 600 mm and is a great solution for companies with smaller production requirements and corresponding budgets to perfectly deburr and round off parts.

Of course, the large 42 RB series cannot be missed at this event. It is the most versatile machine, available in 1350 and 1600 mm working widths. Because the machine can be equipped with a hammer head unit, it is capable of removing slag from plasma-cut parts. The machine can also apply a 2 mm radius to parts to ensure quality coating and painting.

Last but not least, at the Timesavers booth you can find the entry-level deburring machine, the 10 series Manual Grinder. This solution is as much as 3 to 4 times faster than manual deburring, and easy to use. The machine makes processing products a lot more fun to do.
