FANUC Benelux presents a whole range of novelties and highlights at Machineering, from March 27 to 29 at Expo Brussels. Productivity and efficiency are more than ever the crucial success factors for the manufacturing industry in today's competitive world. To celebrate the arrival of the compact and streamlined new generation of handling robots (M-10iD and M-20iD), welding robots (AM100iD and AM120iD), paint robots (P-40iA and P-350iA), scara robots (SR-3iA and SR-6iA) and the new CR-15iA collaborative robot, FANUC is organizing a European launch that perfectly matches the quirky style of these new robot models. All these robots feature the very latest 30iB Plus Controller, equipped as standard with the new iPendant enabling more intuitive operation and programming (Ease of Use) of the robots. The new "web based iRProgrammer software interface" today allows programming via PC, tablet or even Smartphone.

Industry 4.0

All these new robot models combined with FANUC robot accessories (Customization) realize more efficient productivity (Performance) for machine loading, material handling, surface treatment and joining technology.

With the FANUC ROBODRILL Advanced milling machine and the C800iB ROBOCUT wire EDM, FANUC is further expanding its "high reliable" and "high performance" machines.

The new FANUC ROBODRILL Advanced is based on the success of the standard ROBODRILL machines but goes a step further by using new technologies that increase productivity. The Advanced versions feature a direct servo turret that allows a tool change in 0.7 seconds. Also, this Advanced series is also standard equipped with the big plus spindle BT30+ (similar to ISO40) just like all other ROBODRILL models.

In addition to the C400iB and C600iB models, FANUC Benelux introduces the new ROBOCUT C800iB wire EDM which offers a solution for wire EDM of very large products. Automatic Wire Feeder, Automatic Wire Repair, Core Stitch function and Ai Thermal Displacement compensation are just some of the standard features found on the C800iB machine. The C800iB wire EDM can also be equipped with a Z-axis stroke of up to 510 mm.

CNC Operators but also Machine Tool Dealers and Machine Tool Builders can once again discover and experience the latest products and innovative developments in FANUC CNC Controllers, Motion and Laser at the FANUC Benelux booth during Machineering. Product specialists will inspire visitors on machining performance, CAM solutions and introduce CNC operators to the new user interface iHMI.

Likewise, much attention is paid to Smart - an indispensable link in the evolution towards Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things (IOT). Production Monitoring & Analysis enables real-time monitoring of each production machine and collects all production results. With trends dashboards and by analyzing this statistical data, productivity is optimized.

In addition, FANUC Benelux is also introducing ZDT (Zero Down Time) which reduces maintenance costs and results in optimization of maintenance personnel by centrally managing maintenance statuses of production machines.
