Description

Are you ready to take on a new challenge? Are you looking for a set of competencies to develop, change, influence and embed safety behaviors? Do you wish to master a set of techniques to activate the drivers around safety behavior in the workplace?

You can't ignore it: occupational safety is high on the agenda everywhere. And rightly so.

This field has undergone quite an evolution. From technical safety aspects over safety management systems to an enhanced focus on the human factor.

If you want to achieve measurable improvements in occupational safety, you must create a safety culture where people are driven to bring the systems side to life. Otherwise, all that exists is "paper safety." Essential is that people show the right behavior with a focus on safety.

A challenge that requires different competencies:

The legal responsibilities of the chain of command do not provide an adequate response to these specific behavioral challenges.

To develop, change and/or influence safety behavior, other competencies are involved.

Human behavior is that which is visually observable. However, the majority of behavior is inherently insecure. Why is this so? And what are possible solutions to this?

Who is this training intended for?

This training is addressed to board, management, hierarchy and prevention advisors of companies and organizations, regardless of the sector.

No specific prior knowledge is required, just a healthy dose of interest in the human aspect of safety.
