GARANT GridLine series wins iF DESIGN AWARD

Workshop furniture awarded for consistent design concept; GARANT tape measure also awarded  

Once again, articles from the GARANT brand of the Hoffmann Group received the renowned iF DESIGN AWARD. In the "Product Design" discipline, the coveted seal of approval went to the GARANT GridLine workshop equipment series and the GARANT tape measure. The winner was chosen by an international jury of 67 experts. This involved choosing from a large number of participants: the judges had to evaluate no fewer than 6,375 entries from 52 countries. The iF DESIGN AWARD is awarded annually by the world's oldest independent design institute, the iF International Forum Design GmbH in Hanover.

The GARANT GridLine series includes various workbenches and tool trolleys for furnishing modern industrial workplaces and commercial buildings as well as the necessary accessories. Clear structures, a consistent design language, great functionality and a variety of combination options inspired the jury of the iF DESIGN AWARD. The series was designed according to the same design concept as the GARANT GridLine, which follows the three criteria "Ergonomics, Efficiency, Emotion" and is based on standardized outer dimensions and a uniform grid. From various parts bins and trench separator strips and rigid foam inlays to cabinets and workbenches; everything fits in and together according to a modular principle. The result is functionally optimized and attractively designed operating equipment that fits into any working environment and can be combined and expanded as desired.

In addition to the GARANT GridLine series, the GARANT tape measure has also won the iF DESIGN AWARD 2019. This item stands out for its soothingly clear and distinctive shape. At the first touch, one feels its pleasant grip and the high-quality material. When working, the tape measure convinces with and built in damper, which protects the wrist joint.

Tools of the GARANT brand have won 37 design awards in recent years for functional, ergonomic and elegant design.
