Reseller CAD/CAM software becomes its own branch office

OPEN MIND Technologies AG, one of the leading manufacturers of CAD/CAM solutions, has acquired CNC-Consult & Automation BV in the Netherlands as of January 1, 2021. CNC-Consult, a long-time reseller of the CAD/CAM suite hyperMILL®, with its complete team of employees becomes the sixteenth subsidiary in OPEN MIND's worldwide organization. In future, the company will operate under the name OPEN MIND Technologies Benelux BV.

CNC-Consult has been successful for over 25 years as a consulting software dealer for the manufacturing industry in the Benelux and is a key point of contact for all hyperMILL® users in the region. Maarten van Teeffelen, founder and director of CNC-Consult, retired from his active business life in the year 2020 and OPEN MIND was his preferred partner for the acquisition of his company. "I am pleased that OPEN MIND is the best solution for both businesses and our customers. All employees can continue to follow their hyperMILL® hearts with this acquisition," said Maarten van Teeffelen.
