ACE releases new online tool for oil brakes and hydraulic brake cylinders

The online offer of ACE Stoßdämpfer has been further expanded: via the website from ACE, it is immediately possible to configure oil brakes and hydraulic brake cylinders for the most diverse applications online. Thanks to the simple operation of the new configurator, the selection process can be completed in a short time and with just a few mouse clicks. In the corresponding webshop, the desired oil brake or hydraulic brake cylinder can then be ordered at the click of a mouse.

Hydraulic brake cylinders stabilize the chassis of bicycles as a steering damper

As with ACE's other online tools, using this configurator is simple and intuitive. Whether it is hydraulic brake cylinders without free stroke from the HBS series or standard solutions from ACE's various HB types with 20% free stroke: parameters such as brake force and maximum compression force can be selected in the configurator with a single click. In addition, the damping direction (P, M and N) can be clicked via the software panel, as can the mounting parts and mounting accessories.

Oil brakes and hydraulic brake cylinders from ACE are used in many industrial applications as practical tools for speed control. For example, they provide feed control when cutting metals and prevent the stick-slip effect. They also provide excellent protection against the rocking and swaying of cable cars and stabilize the undercarriage of bicycles as steering dampers.
