HM saw blades

Jepson Power's DryTech® carbide saw blades provide, without coolant, fast, virtually burr-free cuts in metal pipes and profiles. They can be used on a wide range of sawing machines and are suitable for steel, stainless steel, plastics, composites, aluminum and other nonferrous metals. These saw blades are available in thicknesses from 0.5 mm and diameters from 100 to 730 mm, providing a solution for any specific need or requirement. The high cutting speed reduces cycle times, while the thin-wall cutting technology saves material. These blades can be re-sharpened up to five times -even up to 10 times on larger models. This significantly reduces the replacement frequency and provides cost savings.

NSF-coated HM saw blades
