Are you also always looking for the best industrial suppliers of parts and machining? Then Subcontracting is your event. In 2019, Subcontracting will take place on November 20 and 21 at Antwerp Expo. That this coincides with Welding Week, the largest welding event in the Benelux, is no coincidence. So you will find both the right welding technology and the right partners for further operations or materials under one roof.

Subcontracting gathers suppliers, industrial designers, product developers and CEOs looking for innovative production technologies or new materials. Organizer Easyfairs wants to use this fair to bring manufacturers (buyers) into contact with the right suppliers. Marketing Event Manager Jeroen Arnouts: "In other words, Subcontracting is all about networking. That is why all exhibitors and visitors are offered a free matchmaking tool. Simply enter who or what you are looking for and, thanks to the Conversation Starter system, all relevant inquiries and offers will be matched for you. You can even fix a concrete appointment already on the show floor." VIB, the Association for Purchasing and Business Logistics is lending its support to this initiative.

Synergy and dynamics

Subcontracting is programmed at Welding Week as it was four years ago. Whereas Subcontracting brings together partners and experts in metalworking, Welding Week focuses more on machines and technology. "The combination produces an enormous synergy and dynamism," Arnouts points out. "Both between exhibitors and visitors to both fairs. Everything needed from material, technology and expertise to deliver a flawless metal product can be found under one roof." The organizers expect more than 150 exhibitors for both events combined and hope to comfortably round the 5,000 visitor mark.
