As an executive, are you ready for a course full of immediately applicable ideas and techniques, actionable knowledge and skills, inspiring insights and practical tips?

Master guards are one of the most important links between the shop floor and management. They ensure that the work is done correctly and safely and that the schedule is respected.

This course covers a variety of skills that will be useful to the leading master guest while performing their duties. You will quickly learn from the experience of your peers and the expertise of experts.

Who is this training intended for?

This training is aimed at persons with responsibility and/or a managerial position towards executive employees on the shop floor.

We are thinking of the following executives, among others: master guys, shift managers, foremen, line managers, brigadiers, foremen, supervisors, ...

This course is open to both entry-level and experienced executives.

Methodology

Teachers will take us into the fascinating world of the executive master guest.

They have already accumulated a lot of experience so they can speak from their work experience. This is the common thread throughout this training. Various realistic and concrete examples and cases are discussed interactively.

The idea is to learn from this and to put this experience to work immediately in your own business.

For the sake of interaction, a maximum of 15 people will be admitted.
