Prima Industrie SpA Announces via its Brand Prima Power proudly announces the acquisition of Sistec AM, a major player in industrial automation.

This important strategic move broadens our automation capabilities and strengthens our market position in the area of integrated lines and systems for sheet metal working.

This acquisition is a crucial path in our "Evolve by integration."-strategy. It enhances the portfolio of sheet metal processing technologies with advanced automation technologies and customized solutions to further advance our position in flexible manufacturing systems.

Sistec AM, based in Pordenone, Italy,  specializes in designing, developing and manufacturing robotic and custom automation systems for manufacturing processes. With an extensive range of robot lines, cells and high-tech assembly and control systems, Sistec AM has established itself as a leader in integrating complex solutions into existing industrial frameworks to optimize efficiency and productivity in various industries.
