SafanDarley presents intelligent lights-out factory solutions

SafanDarley will present at Euroblech 2022 a wide range of innovative solutions, all developed with the future in mind. Taking into account the reduction of energy consumption, higher production, cost savings, and the shortage of personnel. 

The E-Brake Mini Cell and the R-Brake will be displayed in a segregated area. In this simulated production environment, the machines will be supplied with material using Kumatech's new Pallet Jack. In addition, this AGV will also transport pallets of finished goods to a fictitious warehouse. In this way, SafanDarley is painting a picture of the future during Euroblech 2022.

E-Brake Mini Cell 35T

The E-Brake Mini Cell press brake is equipped with the latest type of FANUC robot with a handling weight of 25 kg, a feeding station for four product stacks, a depositing station and a discharge chute. This fully automated press brake is characterized by its compactness. Optionally, the E-Brake Mini Cell can be equipped with an automatic tool changing function. This makes it possible to quickly switch between different products.

R-Brake 130T 

The SafanDarley R-Brake based on the SafanDarley E-Brake press brake will also be presented. The press brake and the robot are integrated into a single system. The robot is horizontally movable along a traverse at the top of the press brake. The R-Brake can be equipped with an automatic tool and gripper changing system, making it also suitable for combining smaller series.

E-Brake C200T - Tool Mate

The E-Brake C 200T Ultra Tool Mate is equipped with an automatic tool changer. This tool changer automatically places tools in the machine. While the Tool Mate changes tools, other work can be performed. Especially with small batches, this saves considerable time. Continuous safety control in the safety zone allows the changer to change tools at very high speed. Lengths up to 515 mm can be used for long tool arrangements.
